MAZDA SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS
MazdaUSA.com offers SMS capabilities (e.g. Dealer information, Dealer driving directions, Roadside Assistance phone number, inventory search result information, etc.). These SMS capabilities are one-time generated messages. Depending on the length of the data returned, more than one SMS message may be sent.

There is also an option to opt-in to future SMS communications from MazdaUSA. No further messages will be sent unless the opt-in for future communications is selected.

If a user opted in for future communications an additional SMS message will be sent to confirm the subscription to future communications. The user must reply to the SMS with the text “Yes” in order to subscribe to future communications. Future SMS communications from MazdaUSA.com will not exceed one message per month.

The SMS text messaging service is available for AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Nextel, Alltel, Virgin, Cellular South, nTelos, and Dobson users. Standard charges apply.

  • How to Opt-In: To opt-in or subscribe receiving future communications from MazdaUSA.com, you can register from our website, or text "Mazda" to 62932 and we’ll guide you through the process from your mobile phone.
  • How to Opt Out: To opt out from our SMS service, you can opt out from our website by clicking here or text "STOP" to 62932 from your mobile phone and we will unsubscribe you from our SMS text messaging service immediately. You will not receive any additional messages until you re-register on our website.
  • How to get help or support: To get help, email us at support@mazdausa.com, or call our toll free number at 1-800-222-5500. From your mobile phone, you may request our contact information at any time by texting HELP to 62932.
